Field of activities and goals
It is the goal of the organization to improve the living conditions, the social and financial situation as well as the labour market position of people living in communities around Kis-Balaton, by taking the natural assets into account and through a specific ecological approach. For the sake of development of the region, it is the intention of the organization to promote the establishment of a multilateral cooperation network among the settlements, which should be based upon local assets.
Not only its field of activities, but the geographical environment of its operation is multi-layered as well. The activities of the organization range from local to regional programmes. Interregional or even international cooperation belongs, as a matter of fact, also to the activities of the association.
